Arts & Crafts
Jewellery making, clay workshops, canvas painting and mindful drawing – inclusive, creative, relaxing activities for all ages and abilities. With keepsakes to take home with you after the session. These can be stand alone one off sessions, or a series of sessions to create larger works such as murals, group art, and clay sculptures that can be painted at later sessions.
Zumba & Zumba Gold
Our qualified, experienced instructors offer high energy, exciting Zumba sessions for mobile participants, Zumba Gold for older adults, and seated Zumba for seated participants.
Boxercise can be a seated or mobile activity, with an instructor experienced in working with participants with autism or additional needs. This is a fantastic cardio exercise, develops hand eye co-ordination, flexibility, muscle tone, and builds self confidence. All equipment provided.
