Rachel has taught hula hooping professionally since 2014, and has taught all over the country, appearing on Channel 5, the BBC, Children in Need and CBeebies! Rachel has taught thousands of people of all ages to hula hoop – it’s brilliant for helping you feel better in yourself, getting fitter and stronger, and feeling happier. Hula hooping puts a huge smile on your face!
Have fun, get fit, feel FABULOUS!
Booking in advance is essential so that we can monitor the number of people attending. All hoops are provided – when you have booked on we will bring you an adult beginner hoop and a lightweight hoop that you will use for the session.
Hula hooping improves fitness, motor skills, balance, flexibility, self-confidence and general happiness levels. We hoop around our waists, hands and arms which builds core strength, muscle, and tones. We learn fancy circus tricks that will challenge you, build hand eye co-ordination, and work the brain!
All moves are adapted to a wide variety of needs and abilities. A fun, engaging, and inclusive high energy movement class.
Please email a PARQ form to rachel@creativeactivelives.org.uk before joining the class – download by clicking the button below.
