Bubble Science & Sensory Bubbles
WOW, who knew bubbles could be so much fun!? I want to say a huge thanks to Mrs Incredibubble and her trusty sidekick Doctor Suds. The kids in our class had an amazing time making colossal bubbles, square bubbles and even climbing inside bubbles! You and your team were extremely professional, funny and knowledgeable about the science behind bubbles. I would highly recommend you to any school; for any age group. A lovely morning was had by all!

Dementia Friendly Circus Skills
We really didn’t know what to expect when we invited Rachel with Spinsonic to our Dementia Cafe. It was like inviting in a morning of sunshine. My favourite memory is of an old lady on crutches hobbling onto a chair and Rachel joining her with a peacock feather that the lady tried to balance on her hand. Her enthusiam got us all moving and stretching and balancing, without realising that our bodies were having a work-out. Brilliant for motivating old and not-so-old to enjoy using their bodies. Thank you thank you!

Zumba Fitness
Karen came to do a Zumba session for our Deaf Youth Club. The children really engaged with the session and danced their socks off for a whole hour and a half! There were some sweaty faces by the end of the session. There is a real range of abilities in the group and Karen made sure everyone was involved and participated. The music was great too and really appropriate for the children.

Seated Dance
We had Jennie for a seated dance session. She was really good and everyone loved her, they were reaching to kick a ball and didn’t realise how much they were doing. I would definitely recommend Jennie.

Deaf BID Activity Groups
We have used Rachel and others from Creative Active Lives for some of our Health and Wellbeing sessions with older deaf people. They have loved having a go with circus skills, dance therapy, tai chi and yoga. The first is however their favourite as it brought a lot of fun and laughter and we have already booked the Circus skills workshop again for our Community Day later this year. As some of our group members have dementia and learning disabilities, Rachel and the other tutors were already aware, very patient and understanding.
