Join us every Thursday for Yoga & Natter Sessions to relax, unwind, destress, and connect with other people.

 

 

12 weeks of relaxation starting 4th February 2021 via Zoom.

If you are feeling tense, stressed, or lonely and would like to try gentle yoga for beginners, join us for yoga and a natter to unwind your mind and body. These sessions are running for 12 weeks of relaxation.

Join us at 6.45pm for 15 minutes time to talk and connect with other people, and yoga is 7pm – 8pm. You can join just for the yoga if you prefer.

Wear comfortable clothing and have a drink of water handy, you might also want a blanket for relaxing at the end of the session.

First 8 weeks – slow flow yoga class

Beginners yoga class focusing on moving slowly and creatively with awareness of the body, breath and sensations. The creative flows focus on ease of movement and fluidity aimed at increasing relaxation, and mobility.

Last 4 weeks – somatic yoga

If you love blankets and yoga, then this session will be perfect for you. Most of the time will be spent sliding and gliding the body in small mindful movements, focusing on awareness and sensations in the body. A nourishing practice aimed at relaxation and balancing the body and mind.

The classes are £6 per class. If you would like to attend but £6 is a stretch at the moment, we offer subsidised entry at £3 per class, or join for free if you need to.
