Summer HAF Holiday Camp 2024!

Child centred inclusive play with creative, digital and physical activities – indoors and outside

Enjoy a day of active and creative play and Minecraft gaming!

You will have a choice  of enjoying art or crafts, soft archery, hula hooping, playing board games, limbo challenge, music,  comfy reading corner, Lego, or playing Minecraft with other attendees in our LAN gaming area. We have adaptive controllers – contact us if your child uses these and we will talk you through what we can provide. And experience gaming in virtual reality! We also have special activities which you can see below (these are subject to change at any time).

We eat together at 12pm with a hot lunch – menu is subject to change at any time but might be: bolognaise, cheese pasta bake, pizza, or burritos, with a dessert of either tray bake, cookies, or cupcakes. If you are not sure if your child will eat the food provided you can send with a packed lunch.

Drinking water and squash is available on site but please send your child with a water bottle. Fresh fruit is available as snack.

If your child requires 121 support or personal care, please call or email us to make arrangements for your child to attend with their parent/carer/PA. We do not have 121 staff.

We only have spaces for children who have HAF codes. We do not offer paid for spaces. If your child does not have a HAF code, we will not be able to accept them. There are no exceptions.

You can arrive from 10.15am to sign in. No admittance after 11am. 

A booking request is NOT a confirmed place  – you have not got a place until you receive a confirmation email from the HAF website.

Do not come unless you have a confirmed booking to avoid any disappointment.

Please be aware the sometime we may have to change activities stated in the description in the event of circumstances beyond our control.  If we have to change the activities stated, we will inform you before the session takes place unless it is a last minute issue beyond our control.

If you are no longer able to attend a session you have booked, PLEASE cancel on the booking system as we usually have a waiting list.  If you did not attend any session previously and did not cancel, you will not be automatically approved for any sessions in the future. If you fail to attend two sessions without letting us know or cancelling you will be removed for all future bookings you have.

There is a large car park, lift access, disabled toilet but not a changing places toilet.
